Who We Are

Sue is an experienced procurement professional who subsequently built a successful business providing tendering consulting and bid management services. An NLP Master Practitioner, Sue has a passionate interest into neuromarketing and buying psychology, and has procurement and contracting experience working in Government, Health, Oil & Gas, and Mining.

David leads our Consulting Sales and Sales Tools team, bringing more than 25 years of experience to each client.
David has more than 25 years sales and management experience. His expertise is within many industry sectors including Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Finance and State and Federal Government sectors.
David has held sales roles in include Denver Technology, Ajilon Australia, Datacom Systems and NEC.

Mike is a sales management specialist and manages our Sales Management and Sales Academy teams. Mike has lead sales teams in the United Kingdom, Russia, India, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia and held sales director and head of sales roles in the Oil and Gas, Mining, Telecommunications, Facilities Services and Industrial Safety sectors with Schlumberger, Siemens, Nokia, Halliburton, Spotless and Motorola.

Madeleine heads our South African office where she undertakes sales research on behalf of our clients and staff. Alex is our programmer and provides network support. He is currently developing web solutions for our clients.

Andrew is a seasoned and pragmatic HR / Recruitment Advisor. He has significant hands-on HR Generalist experience across a variety of industries. Andrew really enjoys figuring out what drives his colleagues across all levels, and determining ways to help individuals and teams to reach their employment potential.
