Here is a brief explanation
The graphs typically show 20-40 minute conversations between a sales person and a potential client.
The blue graph at the top is the customer talking and the lower blue graph is the sales person speaking. The coloured lines are questions; on the top, customer questions and in the lower graph, sales person questions. See the key below to understand the colour coding.
The stars represent persuasion elements such as social proof, authority, liking, consistency, reciprocity and scarcity, repeatition. These elements are often delivered via metaphor or story by master persuaders
