Good news! We're hiring B2B sales staff and we're placing sales B2B sales people in excellent companies.

But we don't just search, contract and run away, at Growth in Focus we also assist in sales managing and coaching you in the first six to twelve months of your contract.

The starting period of any sales contract is a high-risk period for both employee and employer. New hires often accept unachievable targets because they don't know what a reasonable target is and because (obviously) they need a job.
